In order to request Equiti Prepaid Card, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Login to your Client Portal
2. Click "Apply Now" from the dashboard as shown below: 
3. Please note that if the banner is not shown you can also click "Withdrawals/Deposits " from the dashboard list and choose Equiti Prepaid Mastercard [Apply Now ] link as shown below.
3. Fill in the required fields, and then click "Next"
