Always ensure the safety of your login credentials and account.
You can change your client area password if you navigate to the 'My Settings' tab on the left side dashboard on your portal.
- Click on Change next to the Password section and follow the onscreen instructions.
If you forgot your portal password and you are unable to login, you can find the "Forgot Password" button on the main login page.
After clicking on "Forgot password", you need to confirm your Email address and click on "Confirm", a reset password link will be sent to your registered Email address where you can set a new portal password.
