Trade Disabled Message appears on the MT4 platform due to one of the following reasons:
1) The product you are trying to use is set to close only: in this case, please check your emails as we send an email notification for clients to inform them of any changes on a specific symbol. If no email is found, you can contact us directly at Support@equiti.com.
2) Market is closed: while the market is closed, you will not be able to action any trading activities. You can check any product's trading hours on the MT4 specifications window by following the steps here.
3) The trading account is set to read-only by the support team: to remove the account from read-only status, please contact us at Support@equiti.com to check your account and the reason it was set to read-only.
